Terms and ConditionsThe following Terms and conditions apply to all purchases from the AlexisDawn (“alexisdawn”, “we”, “our”, “us”) website. if you are under 18, we require that you obtain the consent of a parent or guardian to alexisdawn’s Privacy Policy and Terms and conditions before registering or placing an order with alexisdawn. To ensure you are fully informed of our Terms and conditions, please ensure you are aware of the following information. By visiting alexisdawn, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in these Terms and conditions as well as those described in the Privacy Policy. Exchange / RefundAlexisDawn offers 7 day exchange/refund period. If you would like an exchange/refund, please contact us on either: 1. info@alexisdawn.com or ; Within 7 days from the date of purchase. You will then be sent an email containing instructions on returning the garment. Once the garment is received and has undergone a quality control check: 1. In the case of an exchange, a new garment will be dispatched; or All garment(s) must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the original invoice. If you are unable to satisfy these conditions, please inform us at the time of requesting an exchange/refund. You must bear the expense of returning the garment to us, however the replacement garment will be provided to you at alexisdawn’s expense. For regional and international buyers who do not receive your garment(s) within 7 days of purchase, please contact us at the time of receipt of the garment should you require an exchange/refund. Please note that alexisdawn does not give credit notes. There is no exchange or refund on sale items. Should you, after returning an item for exchange, select an item that is more expensive than the original garment purchased, you must pay the difference before the new garment will be shipped. Conversely, should you choose an item that is less expensive than the original garment purchased, we will refund you the difference at the time of shipping. Should you receive a faulty product, please notify us immediately by emailing info@alexisdawn.com. Please include in your email the date of purchase, the garment(s) purchased and a detailed description of the fault. If we are satisfied that the garment is in fact faulty, the garment will be exchanged for you or the purchase price at the time of purchase refunded to you. All transactions over the online store constitute a valid binding agreement for sale. |
Pricing / PaymentAll prices on this website are in australian Dollars (“aud”). All prices are inclusive of gst but are exclusive of shipping costs. Payment is by credit card (visa or mastercard) only. AlexisDawn does not accept american express. shipping Within AustraliaAlexisDawn uses australia Post’s express Post service to deliver all garments. A postage charge of aud$12.50 will apply. Deliveries will be sent during business hours on monday to friday. If you purchase a garment on the weekend or on public holidays, your order will be processed on the next business day. Delivery within australia made via express Post to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch to metropolitan areas. For regional areas, delivery is between 2 to 5 days. International ShippingInternational buyers will receive their garment within approximately 7-10 days. Items will be sent via registered airmail. A postage charge of aud$30.00 will apply.
